Job Description:

Job Summary: -
The position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and market share for Paint business in West Bengal region. Also, the position would oversee and manage distribution channels and build relationships in the market to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities: -
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies, forecast sales volumes, and set targets to meet company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand the dealer-retailer network into new territories, and build strategic partnerships with builders, architects, etc.
• Ensure implementation of schemes, promotional offers, and marketing activities at ground level.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and review the reports for presentation to the Senior Management
• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability at regional and product levels.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations (if any) effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback and training
