Key Responsibilities

• Integration/ Troubleshooting of Profibus & Profinet Systems in IMCCs & VFDs
• Integrating of RIOs over Profibus / Profinet Protocol
• DCS Related BOQs Preparations/ Additions of Ios
• DCS Architecture Preparation
• Continuous Modifications based on MOCs/ New Additions Programme Developments
• Batch Reports/SMS/Emails Configurations
• Preparation of Interlocks/Logic with Testing
• Conversion of Process Flow Chart to DCS SFCs for smooth running of Plants
• Development of Emergency Control Sequences & time to time Testing of the same.
• Training of DCS to Cross Functions
• Day to Day System Checking for Healthiness of Controllers/ Modules / Engineering/Operating Stations/ Domain etc.
• Time to Time Testing of Process & Safety Interlocks during Shutdown
• Alarms Segregation / Rationalization in AIMS

• Uptime and reliability of DCS systems.

Key Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing DCS in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of various DCs platforms and programming languages.
• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
