Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end production operations for handbags and wallets, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
* Plan and implement production schedules, processes, and resource allocation for smooth workflow.
* Supervise teams across cutting, stitching, finishing, and QC, maintaining high product standards.
* Coordinate with design, sourcing, and merchandising teams for seamless sampling and bulk execution.
* Monitor inventory, material usage, and production budgets to reduce waste and control costs.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with safety and quality norms.
* Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to build a skilled, motivated team.

Key Requirements:
* Graduate or Diploma in Production / Industrial Engineering / Fashion Technology.
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in handbags or wallets manufacturing.
* Strong expertise in factory operations, workflow planning, and team leadership.
* In-depth knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, and finishing techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
