E-commerce & Design Executive

Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and creative E-commerce & Design Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a blend of design skills and an interest in e-commerce operations. You’ll assist in creating AI-generated product designs, managing online listings, coordinating with vendors, handling orders and shipments, and creating engaging social media content to boost our brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Management

• List and manage products on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.

• Update product descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure accuracy and visibility.

• Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Manage daily orders — from processing to dispatch and shipment tracking.

• Handle basic customer inquiries and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Design & Content Creation

• Use AI tools and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Midjourney, etc.) to create product visuals and promotional creatives.

• Develop and schedule engaging social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Support marketing campaigns through creative design input and visual branding consistency.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or design.

• Basic understanding of online marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.

• Creative mindset with familiarity in AI-based design tools and graphic design platforms.

• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn.
