Business Development Executive
Job Description:
Oizom is a leading solution provider in Environmental Monitoring Domain. Oizom solutions are used
in Smart cities, Industries, Landfills, Airports and many such places where critical decisions are made
based on Environmental-Data.
We are looking for an outbound marketing executive to join the team who can reach out prospects
with his/her confidence and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
The Outbound Marketing Executive will be responsible for converting marketing-leads into
sales-leads and sales-leads into customers. The customer awareness process is very simple.
Typically the sales cycle is 2-4 months. A customer is facilitated with our solution-document and
case-studies. A sync-up call is required to clear all the doubts and discuss the
opportunities/possibilities. Customers are typically in the Corporate generally a decision-making
level (VP/MP/CXO).
Job Requirements:
The Outbound Marketing Executive will work under general supervision and report to the Sales
Manager
â— Creating a hand-picked database of prospects with online research
â— Inside sales and outbound cold calling to highly qualified leads.
â— Working directly with network-partners on the phone to convert qualified sales leads into
customers.
â— Resolve network-partner’s questions, concerns and issues.
â— Working with the marketing team to provide insights into what is working and what is not
working regarding Direct Marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
â— Freshers or 1+ years proven experience in B2B outbound marketing/sales.
â— Comfortable doing cold calling and strong objection handling.
â— Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
â— Self-motivated & driven.
â— Strong working knowledge of CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting
â— Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications
(the Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
