Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in client visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers within assigned territories.

  • Generate new leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking.

  • Present product/service information effectively to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

  • Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or internal databases.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good presentation and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

  • Ability to work independently and on the field

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
