Role Overview:
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of embroidery techniques, market trends, and buyer expectations. This role involves developing new business leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving growth in both domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote in-house embroidery capabilities to fashion brands and buyers.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Coordinate between clients and production to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in embroidery or textile marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of embroidery machines, techniques, and trends is a must.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
