Position:          Shift Supervisor - Production

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      5 - 6 years

Industries:        Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Responsible to manage shift independently of Furnace feeder shop as a Production supervisor.
• Should have experience of Production Supervision.
• Good leadership & work handling ability
• Good advance skills on MS-Excel & MS Office applications.
• Manpower planning
• Preparation of shift reports and SAP entries                    

Required Skills:

• Basic skill set required for Casting & Sintering Furnace operation.
• Able to manage shift manpower.
• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge/skill set in powder metallurgy will be added advantage.
• Able to generate production reports through MS-Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Communication Skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
