Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:  Sales Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and provide support to the sales team for smooth operations.  Order Management: Prepare, process, and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.  Customer Handling: Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.  Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.  Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, product availability, and coordinate with production or warehouse teams for dispatch.  Reporting: Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and sales records accurately.  Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and related documentation.  Department Coordination: Liaise between the sales, marketing, accounts, and production departments for effective communication and workflow.  Meeting Assistance: Organize and participate in internal sales meetings, exhibitions, or events as required.  Delivery Follow-up: Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers by coordinating with logistics and production teams.
