Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and provide support to the sales team for smooth operations. Order Management: Prepare, process, and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and delivery schedules. Customer Handling: Communicate with customers to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly. Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team. Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, product availability, and coordinate with production or warehouse teams for dispatch. Reporting: Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and sales records accurately. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and related documentation. Department Coordination: Liaise between the sales, marketing, accounts, and production departments for effective communication and workflow. Meeting Assistance: Organize and participate in internal sales meetings, exhibitions, or events as required. Delivery Follow-up: Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers by coordinating with logistics and production teams.
