Job Description:
Key responsibilities
  • Employee records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment support: Assist with the recruitment process, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and the offboarding of departing ones, including preparing necessary paperwork.
  • Administrative tasks: Handle various administrative duties for the HR department, such as managing files and coordinating meetings.
  • Policy and compliance: Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns and assist in resolving issues.
  • Training coordination: Help organize training sessions and track employee development.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting required HR reports
