• Professional Background & Functional Knowledge :
o Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.
o Extensive experience in personal customer liaison with HNI clients.
o Professional experience in a sales role for high end watches and jewellery will be preferred.
• Skills :
o Ability to hold conversations with ultra HNIs.
o Effective communicator. Excellent in written and oral English. Any other foreign language
will be an added advantage.
o Ability to adaptively perform in an evolving environment.
• Travel :
o Willingness to travel as per business requirement.

Key Deliverables:

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.

• Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer.
• Build relationships with clients.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and
actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assist in store operations.
• Support in marketing activities by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans and
assisting in execution.
