Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer with a minimum of 7 years of proven expertise in delivering impactful training programs across corporate environments. The ideal candidate will be a Post Graduate with relevant certifications and a strong background in Office Productivity Tools, Digital Collaboration Platforms, and Cyber Hygiene. Experience in conducting Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)
AI Tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini)
Cyber Hygiene and Digital Safety Practices
Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to build internal training capabilities.
Customize training content to suit diverse learner profiles and organizational needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and align with business goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tools, technologies, and best practices in corporate training.

Required Qualifications:
Post Graduate degree in a relevant field.
Valid certifications in training, productivity tools, or digital platforms.
Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate training.
Proven track record of delivering training in both physical and virtual environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training styles accordingly.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Analytical skills to assess training impact and learner performance
