DCS Operator / Supervisor - Production

Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🖥 Control Room Monitoring

• Monitor DCS graphics, process screens & trend logs

• Control and maintain critical process parameters

• Ensure smooth & optimal plant performance

⚙ Start-up / Shutdown Operations

• Execute safe plant start-up & shutdown activities

• Handle emergency procedures as per SOP

🔧 Troubleshooting & Deviation Handling

• Identify process deviations

• Diagnose issues and take corrective actions

• Prevent equipment damage & process incidents

🤝 Coordination

• Work closely with field operators

• Guide manual adjustments & maintenance activities

📋 Documentation

• Maintain Batch Sheets & Production Reports

• Record daily operating parameters

🛡 Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety standards, SOPs & ISO guidelines

• Maintain Quality System compliance

🔹 Technical Requirements

• Hands-on experience in DCS Software:
  ▪ Honeywell
  ▪ Yokogawa
  ▪ DeltaV

• Experience in:
  ▪ Petrochemical / Specialty Chemical / Agro Chemical plants
  ▪ Oxidation, Nitration & Sulfonation processes
  ▪ Distillation of Heavy Chemicals
