Position               : Sales Coordinator

Gender                : Female

Education           : Any Graduate

Experience          : 2-4 years in sales coordination or support role

Salary Budget     : 2.80 LPA to 3.50 LPA

Location              : Daman

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Word, Excel etc

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language

Core Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the sales team and works team to manage and deliver sales order and schedule.
• Maintain daily records of inquiries, following up with leads and supporting the sales team to maximize conversions through various digital platforms.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, and presentations using MS Excel
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving customer issues
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
• Track sales performance and report deviations to the management
• Co-ordinate with PPC and Dispatch for customer schedule and urgency.
