The Role:
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be an integral part of our agile product team, dedicated to embedding quality into every aspect of our work.
We aspire to be an industry leader in testing, leveraging cutting-edge automation approaches to ensure high confidence in the quality of our feature
deliveries. You will actively participate in the Test Automation Guild and Test Continuous Improvement process, fostering knowledge
sharing and skill development in state-of-the-art automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be the creation of automated tests to guarantee the quality, reliability, and stability of applications before release. This includes:
● Designing, developing, and maintaining automated regression tests using Selenium WebDriver and other relevant automation tools.
● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend software requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
● Executing both manual and automated tests to identify software defects and verify bug fixes.
● Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports to stakeholders, including bug reports and test summaries.
● Working closely with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
● Contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and methodologies.
● Performing performance and load testing as required, utilizing tools such as LoadRunner or equivalents.
● Staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing and test automation.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
● Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript, with practical experience in developing automation scripts.
● Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated web application testing.
● Familiarity with performance and load testing concepts and tools (e.g., LoadRunner).
● Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
● Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet project deadlines.
