Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential and commercial projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior architects and project managers in preparing architectural drawings and design concepts.

Develop and modify plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure seamless project integration.

Participate in design presentations and client meetings.

Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports.

Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental guidelines, and company standards.

Support documentation for approvals, permits, and tenders.
