Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Production & Inventory Management
 Coordinate with production planners and plant managers to align manufacturing schedules with sales forecasts.
 Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking, considering product shelf-life and regulatory compliance.
2. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
 Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and agricultural seasonality.
 Forecast demand in collaboration with sales, marketing, and agronomists to ensure product availability during peak seasons.
 Develop risk mitigation plans for supply disruptions, weather-related delays, or regulatory bottlenecks.
 Demand planning, inventory management, stock levels, production planning, dispatch planning and ensuring their execution by overcoming obstacles and aligning with strategic objectives.
3. Data Analysis
 Responsible for collating information & furnishing regular MIS reports to senior management for reviews & strategic decision-making purposes.
4. Logistics & Distribution
 Oversee transportation and distribution of finished goods to distributors, dealers, and customers across regions.
 Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations for agrochemical products.
 Optimize transportation routes and costs, especially during high-demand seasons (e.g., planting, spraying seasons).
5. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, including hazardous goods handling, environmental regulations, and pesticide labelling.
 Coordinate with regulatory and QA/QC teams for documentation related to imports, exports, and registrations.
6. SAP Systems & Reporting
 Utilize SAP systems for real-time tracking of materials, production, and orders.
 Generate monthly/quarterly reports on key KPIs: service level, inventory turnover, cost savings, etc.
 Implement digital tools for supply chain visibility and efficiency.
