Job Description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:- 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for the healthcare insurance industry, driving high-quality organic traffic and leads to Niva Bupa’s digital platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research focusing on health insurance, wellness, and related customer intent to identify content opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, meta tags, landing pages, and on-page elements for both users and search engines, ensuring compliance with healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Oversee technical SEO audits and collaborate with web developers to resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to create SEO-optimized content that educates and engages prospective customers.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities, including link-building strategies, digital PR, and partnerships relevant to healthcare and insurance domains.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs; prepare detailed monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms and healthcare industry trends, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Lead SEO campaigns aligned with broader digital marketing initiatives such as paid campaigns, social media, and brand awareness efforts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure alignment with company goals

Key Functional Competencies:-

Advanced SEO Strategy Development: 

  • Ability to design and implement sophisticated, multi-channel SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Expertise in long-term organic growth planning and competitive landscape analysis

Technical SEO Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of website architecture, crawl budget optimization, schema markup, hreflang tags, canonicalization, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex SEO technical issues affecting site health and performance.

Data Analytics & Performance Measurement:

  • Advanced skills in analyzing SEO KPIs and interpreting data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms.
  • Capability to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations from large datasets

Behavioral Competency:

  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies
  • Works well with cross-functional teams such as marketing, content, and development; values input and fosters a cooperative environment
  • Takes ownership of SEO projects and challenges; proactively identifies issues and opportunities without waiting for direction
  • Understands end-user behavior and preferences; focuses on creating SEO strategies that enhance user experience and satisfaction

Required Skills:-

  • MBA Qualified in Marketing
  • 2+yrs of exp
