CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities related to raw materials, agricultural inputs, packaging materials, and other essential items. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, negotiation, and maintaining cost efficiency while ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for agricultural materials and equipment.

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams.

Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests as needed.

Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure material standards.

Assist in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field.

2–3 years of relevant experience in purchase or procurement (preferably in agriculture or manufacturing industry).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of purchase procedures, inventory control, and vendor management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
