Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our real estate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of construction and real estate project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage real estate projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare project budgets, schedules, and progress reports for senior management.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Manage procurement and vendor relationships for materials and services.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management tools.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management software is preferred.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
