Position (1)	Senior Executive OR Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - *Specialized in Incoming Material Inspection*

Reporting to	Head - Quality Control
Responsibilities	Study Client Specifications, Drawings, Technical Specifications and prepare quality documents like QAP/ITP. *Carry out inspection of incoming raw materials like plate, pipe, bars and flanges as per approved QAP/ITP.* Review Test Certificates of Material with ASME Codes. Carry out inspection of machined components. Carry out Final Inspection of completed Vessel Prepare Final Quality Dossier Communicate and offer inspection of material to Clients and Third-Party Inspectors
Competencies	Basic knowledge of Computer and should be able to prepare PPTs. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in Hindi and English. Knowledge of ASME, ISO and PED 6. Proficient with GTAW, SMAW, SAW and GMAW welding. processes. Experience in ASME Certified Shop is preferred.
Core Performance Metric	Carry out stage-wise inspection with zero error. Carry out Final Inspection of Vessels with zero observations from Client.
Education	Diploma / BE Mechanical. NDT Level II in DPT, MPT and RT .
Experience	10 to 12 years of experience in ASME / U Stemp certified heavy manufacturing company OR similar product manufacturers
