Job description:
- To carry out the manufacturing operations of API/ intermediate processes in the plant as per the standard operating procedure.
- To monitor the production activities in the plant as per cGMP and applicable Departmental SOPs.
- Reporting the status of the production batches to the production manager / Shift Incharge.
- Should be experienced in unit operations like distillation, layer extraction, crystallization, filtration, etc.
- Train and encourage the Worker and explain and Take out Highest Quality Production, upkeep GMP environment.
- Perform regular/periodic activities of GMP procedures established in the plant with means of self-audit, self-inspections.
- Should be able to prepare the equipment’s / systems for various safety permits.
- Perform first line maintenance and reporting faults on plant and equipment, should have good communication skills to deal with other supporting departments.
- Follow safety procedures like work permit systems, PPE usage during the operations.
Other Details:
- Working Days - 6 days /week
- Shift timings are – 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 10 pm, 10 pm to 5 am and general shift – 9 am to 5.30 pm (Shifts will be rotational)
