About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support our merchandising and product management activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fashion/jewellery trends, product coordination, and stock management. This role is perfect for individuals looking to grow their career in merchandising within the jewellery or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior merchandiser in planning, selecting, and managing product assortments.

• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams for timely product availability.

• Track inventory levels, sales performance, and product movement.

• Support in preparing product catalogs, pricing lists, and visual display coordination.

• Conduct market and competitor research to understand current trends and consumer preferences.

• Help maintain proper product data, SKU details, and reporting records.

• Ensure product display and packaging standards are maintained.

• Assist in new collection launches and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in Fashion, Retail Management, or any relevant field.

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).

• Strong analytical and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, inventory tools, and ERP systems.

• Passion for fashion/jewellery and understanding of market trends.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
