Job Description:

Position:         Maintenance Manager 

Location:        Umbergaon

Experience:     10 - 12 Years

Industries:     Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Planning & execution of annual plant shut down, spares management, preparation of annual budget
• Reduction of break down hours / Preventive & predictive Maintenance
• Maintenance of plant & its instruments
• Inspection of materials received in stores.
• Maintaining equipment history cards & asset register
• Budget planning for the yearly review and capital expenditure, obtaining approval for the same, management of spares and other material.
• Leading a team of engineers, technicians, fitters & Electrician.
• Planning, Scheduling and Controlling of short and long-term shutdowns
• Implementation of Fire Fighting and Safety norms.
• ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, Documentation
• Technical evaluation of vendors & Contractors for supply of materials & Services
• Identification of risks & Preparation of contingency plan to mitigate the same.
• ISO documentation work along with handling statutory compliance work required for various govt. department

Required Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Plastic

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
