							Job Description:
| Responsible to ensure achievement of business targets assigned for respective area along with Regional Business Head (RBH) | |||
| Responsible for efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning in collaboration with the marketing team for the respective area | |||
| Accountable to monitor annual budgeted expenses to manage resources within budgetary guidelines according to company policywork. | |||
| Responsible for expansion of the business within the geographic limit of the region as budgeted and acting as the feedback loop from branch to region | |||
| Accountable to support channel sales team by ensuring proper onboarding, engagement and lead generation at branches | |||
| Responsible to provide feedback on product offerings, channels and processes to the RBH and other functional teams (Product, Marketing, credit, operations, technical, legal) to improve decision making. | |||
| Accountable to supervise and guide branch managers in achieving business targets and effective local administration of branch roles (credit, technical, operations and outsourced legal, fraud team) for meeting productivity norms | |||
| Responsible for supervising various processes and ensuring implementation of SOPs and best practices across all branches mapped to the area | |||
| Accoutable to achieve the loan book planned, while maintaining the product mix, yield and quality of the portfolio in collaboration with product team and RBH | |||
| Responsible for tracking and analyzing reports and MIS, reviewing and implementing performance sheets and providing feedback for course correction | |||
| Responsible for ensuring that the right quality of business is being sourced and the delinquencies are kept under the identified targets | |||
| Accountable to assess the training and development needs and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of the same |
