Job Description:

 

  • Key Responsibilities – SAP SD L1 Support Consultant

    1. Provide first-level functional support for the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.

    2. Monitor and resolve user-reported issues via ticketing tools within defined SLAs.

    3. Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting for sales order, delivery, billing, and pricing issues.

    4. Assist end users with daily SAP SD transactions and basic configuration queries.

    5. Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support teams with detailed documentation.

    6. Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.

    7. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements or system changes.

    8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, etc.) to resolve integrated process issues.

    9. Ensure data accuracy and smooth operation of order-to-cash (O2C) processes.

    10. Participate in system monitoring and periodic audits to ensure SAP SD system health.
