Social Media & E-Commerce Associate

Job Description:

6 days working- All Saturday are half day

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Social Media & E-Commerce Associate who can manage our social presence, update our Shopify and Amazon stores, and support product listings and brand collaborations across digital platforms.
This is a dynamic role for someone who loves both creativity and operations — from posting Instagram Reels to updating Shopify product pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Manage and schedule content across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
• Upload Reels, posts, and Stories following brand tone and design direction
• Track engagement metrics and suggest content improvements
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns and launches

E-Commerce & Website

• Update and maintain product listings on Shopify (images, descriptions, tags, pricing)
• Manage Amazon listings, including keyword updates, inventory checks, and product uploads
• Collaborate with marketplaces, brand partners, and online platforms for new product listings
• Ensure website collections and gift boxes are up-to-date with latest launches and stock

Lead & Customer Management

• Manage incoming leads from website forms and social channels
• Coordinate responses for B2B gifting or event collaboration inquiries
• Maintain lead database and support outreach follow-ups

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Basic design or content editing skills (Photoshop/Canva preferred)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with influencer or brand collaborations
• Knowledge of Meta Ads or Shopify Analytics
• Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or fragrance-based products
