Job Title: Trainee – Safety
Location: Dahej Unit (Rotational Shifts)
Qualification:

B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E / B.Tech (Any discipline)

PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) from a Government Technical Board – Compulsory
Experience:
-
0 to 1 year (Freshers with required qualification may also apply)
CTC / Budget:
-
₹2.5 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
-
Assist in implementation of company’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
-
Conduct daily safety rounds and inspections in the plant area.
-
Support in identifying unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and help in taking corrective and preventive actions.
-
Maintain safety records, incident/near-miss reports, and assist in root cause analysis.
-
Participate in toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and awareness programs.
-
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety norms by all employees and contractors.
-
Assist in conducting mock drills, safety audits, and emergency preparedness activities.
-
Coordinate with different departments to promote safe working practices.
Key Skills Required:
-
Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory requirements.
-
Good observation and communication skills.
-
Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
