Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Executive/Manager – Production Planning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production planning, coordinating between departments, and ensuring timely delivery of manufacturing targets in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.

• Coordinate with the procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow and production continuity.

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production timelines.

• Manage and optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Review and analyze capacity utilization, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.

• Track and maintain records of work orders, batch progress, and production reports.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety regulations during production activities.

• Coordinate with QA/QC departments for batch release and documentation.

• Prepare MIS reports related to production, inventory, and material planning.

• Support the management team in achieving productivity and efficiency goals.

• Need to have IT - production support knowledge. Production, Planning and control with having knowledge of IT functions, production report through systems. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science (B.Pharm/M.Pharma).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and control, in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP/Excel and production tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
