About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Flutter Front-End Developer to build high-performance, visually engaging mobile applications for our next-generation parenting and learning platform. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-centric mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive mobile modules using Flutter and Dart.

Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, interactive UI screens.

Handle API integration and ensure smooth data flow between app and backend.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Optimize app performance and ensure UI/UX consistency across platforms.

Debug and resolve performance, compatibility, and functionality issues.

Stay updated with latest Flutter trends, packages, and best practices.
Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in Flutter and Dart.

Proficiency in state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).

Strong understanding of API integration, Firebase, and app architecture.

Experience in cross-platform development (Android & iOS).

Hands-on with animations, custom widgets, and Git-based workflows.
Preferred Skills

Experience with social or community-based features (feeds, chats, likes, etc.).

Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or gamified experiences.

Understanding of app deployment and store submission processes.
