Functional Area : Ability to plan and execute production schedules efficiently, Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
The Shop Floor In-Charge will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day fabrication and production activities on the shop floor. The role involves leading a team involved in SS (Stainless Steel) and MS (Mild Steel) structural fabrication, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and timely execution of work orders.
Mandatory Key Skills :
- Oversee daily shop floor activities related to SS & MS structural fabrication.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor work to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and materials.
- Monitor progress, record daily production reports, and update management regularly.
- Strong knowledge of SS & MS structural fabrication processes.
- Leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks for reading and understanding drawings.
