Job Description:

A receptionist for a real estate office primarily performs front-desk duties like greeting clients, answering phones, and managing appointments, but also handles administrative tasks and often serves as a first point of contact for sales inquiries.

Key responsibilities include managing visitors, providing property information, coordinating with sales staff, and ensuring the office runs smoothly, often requiring customer service experience, strong communication skills, and sometimes specific experience in real estate. 

 

Key responsibilities
  • Client and visitor interaction: Greet and welcome clients and visitors, and provide general assistance.
  • Communication management: Answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, email).
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for agents, including property viewings.
  • Administrative support: Assist with a variety of office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Office organization: Maintain the front desk area and general office cleanliness and organization.
  • Property listing support: Help with maintaining and organizing property listings and assist agents with client inquiries
