Sales & Marketing Executive/ Manager
Job Description:
Position Objective
To drive business growth and market presence for Schneider MV and GE EHV Switchgear
products across Gujarat by engaging with key customers, consultants, and EPCs, ensuring
revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Schneider MV and GE EHV
Switchgear products in Gujarat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, utilities, and
EPC contractors.
• Understand project specifications, technical requirements, and ensure appropriate product
positioning and approvals.
• Prepare and deliver effective technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with
company strategy.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to drive engagement and
closure.
• Track and report market trends, competitor activities, and potential project opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, and delivery follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Represent the company in technical discussions, trade shows, and industry forums within
the region.
Candidate Requirements
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Switchgear
(MV/EHV) and Transformers.
• Industry Exposure: Must have handled products from OEMs like Schneider, ABB,
Siemens, GE, or similar.
• Territory Knowledge: Proven experience in Gujarat market with existing customer network
preferred.
• Behavioural Skills: Proactive approach, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills,
independent and result-oriented.
• Stability: Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating long-term tenure with
previous employers.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat, strong
communication, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Compensation
