Job Description:
Key responsibilities

Pre-sales technical support:Provide technical assistance and product education to the sales team and prospective clients during the sales cycle.

Client needs assessment:Work with clients to understand their technical and business requirements to identify potential solutions.

Solution development:Design and propose customized technical solutions that meet client needs and align with the company's products and services.

Product demonstrations:Conduct engaging and informative presentations and demonstrations of products to showcase their value and functionality.

Technical documentation and proposals:Prepare technical documentation, sales materials, and detailed proposals, including cost analysis and contract terms.

Sales collaboration:Work closely with sales executives to support strategic deals and help close sales.

Post-sales support:Provide ongoing support after a sale, including training clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product feedback:Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, relaying client feedback to inform product improvements and new features.

Relationship management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
