  1. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  3. Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
  5. Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
  6. Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
  7. Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  8. Meeting sales/revenue targets.
  9. Ensuring client satisfaction.
