Job Description:

*Summary of Job Profile: The Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for managing and implementing the
company’s sustainability, environmental, and social compliance programs. The role will focus on ensuring adherence to
international sustainability and compliance standards such as Higg FEM, Higg FSLM, BSCI, GOTS, GRS, OCS, and
RCS, along with managing customer-specific compliance requirements and third-party social and environmental
audits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sustainability & Compliance Management

 Coordinate, implement, and monitor sustainability initiatives in alignment with Winsome Textile Industries’
sustainability goals.
 Maintain compliance with sustainability frameworks such as Higg FEM (Facility Environmental Module) and
Higg FSLM (Facility Social & Labor Module).
 Ensure all relevant certifications (e.g., GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS) are up to date, and documentation is complete
for renewals and surveillance audits.
 Support internal teams in meeting sustainability performance targets and continuous improvement goals.

2. Audit Preparation & Management

 Prepare and coordinate third-party social, environmental, and customer compliance audits such as BSCI,
Higg, and buyer-specific audits.
 Liaise with auditors, certification bodies, and external consultants during pre-audit, audit, and post-audit stages.
 Ensure timely closure of audit findings through corrective and preventive action plans.
 Maintain updated audit records, CAPAs, and compliance reports.
3. Customer Compliance
 Manage customer-specific sustainability and social compliance requirements.
 Provide accurate and timely documentation and data to brand representatives and customers as required.
 Communicate effectively with customers, providing transparency and updates on sustainability performance and
progress.

4. Documentation & Reporting
 Maintain all sustainability-related records, certificates, and audit reports.
 Prepare sustainability performance reports, metrics, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
 Support ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) data collection and reporting.

 Hands-on experience with Higg Index (FEM/FSLM), BSCI, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, and other sustainability
certifications.

5. Training & Awareness

 Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and workers on sustainability practices, social
compliance, and environmental management.
 Promote awareness of sustainability goals, compliance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
