Job Description:
Purpose:
Administer and manage the Recruitment and onboarding process at Dahej.
Challenges of the role:
- Continuously growing numbers of recruitments (75-100 positions for new projects and around 100 replacement positions every year).
- Constrained availability of resources in the region.
- Decision Making Boundaries:
- Decision related to MS recruitment plan in consultation with reporting manager
- Decisions related to sourcing partners, campus connect, induction process in consultation with reporting manager
- Selection recommendation for NMS levels (JEs & Technicians)
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Reporting to - Senior Manager - HR
Joining Process
- Co-ordinate with candidates for administrative requirements while joining.
- Ensure joining process for Management and staff level positions as per policy.
Induction
- Prepare orientation plan and ensure induction meetings are conducted as per plan.
- Induction schedule adherence & feedback score
Reduction of Manpower hiring cost
- Find and implement ways to reduce the hiring cost.
Recruitment & Selection
- Preparing recruitment plan for all MS & NMS positions as per manpower plan.
- Coordinate with the recruitment agencies and the HODs for hiring process.
- Organize selection process.
- Minimum lead time for recruitment
Position Specification:
- Use of Analytics in Recruitment
- Implement findings received from Analytics team related to demographics in recruitment plan.
- Demographic proposition
DET/AOCP Hiring
- Support in hiring of DETs / AOCPs as per plant requirement.
- Identify potential regional tier II & III colleges for DET/AOCP hiring.
Educational Qualification
- PGDM / MBA

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Required a MBA/ PGDM candidate throughout 1st class (Mandate) in his/ her Educational Qualification incl 10th & 12th (without any ATKT/ Back log/ Break).
- Candidate should be fully exposed to the role of TA and Onboarding related work with Min 10 and Max 14 years experience.
- Proficiency Level of the candidates should be Excellent when it comes to communication.
- Candidate proficiency of using different MS Office Applications (Especially Excel, PowerPoint) should be Good.
