Position:          QC Manager

Location:         Ankleshwar

Experience:      8 - 10 Years

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality control operations for raw materials, intermediates, and finished agrochemical products.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GLP, and regulatory standards such as FAO, WHO, and EPA guidelines.
• Oversee analytical testing using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and FTIR.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, test methods, and quality documentation.
• Lead, train, and evaluate QC chemists and technicians to ensure testing accuracy and safety.
• Conduct stability studies and validate analytical methods for new formulations.
• Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and QA teams for process and product improvements.
• Prepare quality reports and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals as per HSE norms.
• Maintain consistent product quality to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English
• Critical and highly accurate
• Able to work independently as well as working well within a team

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
