Job Description

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

leads will provide and convert them into sales.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM/software.

Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for smooth operations.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Provide feedback from customers to management for product/service improvement.
