Fresher / Experience Both

 

Job Description

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective customers.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

  •  leads will provide and convert them into sales.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM/software.

  • Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams for smooth operations.

  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Provide feedback from customers to management for product/service improvement.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
