Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support hospital growth and sustainability.
- Monitor revenue cycles, patient billing systems, and cost control measures.
- Ensure timely audits, tax filings, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the management team to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Lead financial risk management, capital planning, and performance reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in finance management within a multispecialty hospital setup.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare finance operations and compliance norms.
