Travel Consultant
Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in both B2B and B2C segments and should be highly skilled in itinerary planning and direct sales.
- Sales and Business Development (B2B & B2C)
* Actively achieve and exceed sales targets for both domestic and international tour packages.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and inquiry handling to final conversion.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Customer (B2C) domains.
- Itinerary Expertise and Consultation
* Expertly design, customize, and present detailed itineraries based on client needs, budget, and travel preferences. This is a critical skill for the role.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.
* Provide professional travel consultation, offering advice on destinations, travel products, and experiences.
- Back Office Operations & Documentation
* Efficiently handle all back-office operations, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and activities.
* Manage critical documentation processes, such as Visa applications, travel insurance, and ticketing.
* Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of bookings, payments, and client files.
