Job Description:

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the execution of fire protection system projects across industrial sites, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, quality, and safety standards while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Plan, manage, and oversee execution of fire protection system projects (hydrant, sprinkler, detection & alarm systems, gas suppression, foam systems, etc.) in industrial facilities.

  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.

  • Review technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents in coordination with design and engineering teams.

  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards (NFPA, NBC, TAC, OISD, BIS, etc.).

  • Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality & safety compliance.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution.

  • Manage project communication, progress reviews, and approvals with clients.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between design, execution, and commissioning teams.

Team Leadership & Control

  • Lead and mentor a team of project engineers, site managers, and supervisors.

  • Review team performance and ensure adherence to project KPIs and company standards.

Commercial & Documentation

  • Oversee preparation of project estimates, variations, and progress billing.

  • Maintain project documentation including DPRs, MOMs, QA/QC records, and as-built drawings.

  • Support tendering and business development teams in technical proposals when required.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of HSE standards and practices at project sites.

  • Liaise with statutory authorities for inspections and approvals as needed.
