About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Channel Sales Partner to drive real estate sales through strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate sales processes, excellent networking skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and agents to promote company real estate projects.
* Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
* Conduct regular training sessions and meetings to keep partners updated on project offerings, pricing, and incentive structures.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design partner engagement programs and promotional activities.
* Monitor sales performance of partners, track conversions, and provide regular reports to management.
* Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth communication between the company and channel network.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

* Number of active and performing channel partners.
* Monthly and quarterly sales volume achieved through the channel network.
* Partner retention and engagement rate.
* Lead-to-conversion ratio.
