As the Plant Head, you will manage all aspects of the plant operations, from production to quality control to maintenance. You will ensure that the plant operates smoothly, meeting the company& productivity and safety standards while fostering a positive working environment. Post Plant Head Job

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
Develop and implement production schedules.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation.
Maintain quality control standards.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors and employees.
Identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Headquarters in China.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Address operational issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise.

Qualifications
Bachelor;s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing plant.
Strong understanding of production management and operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation.
Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.
