Job Description:

Position:           QC Manager

Location:          Daman

Experience:      10 - 15 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day QC operations including sampling, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

• Conduct Process Capability Analysis (Cp/Cpk) and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) to maintain consistent product quality.
• Ensure adherence to Risk-Based Approach to Quality across all QC processes.
• Maintain and periodically review the Validation Master File (VMF) for laboratory equipment and analytical methods.
• Supervise Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Records to ensure compliance with calibration schedules.
• Drive Audit Observation Closure & Follow-up to ensure timely implementation of CAPA and audit readiness.
• Manage Supplier Qualification & Monitoring for incoming materials and components.
• Ensure strict adherence to Data Integrity & ALCOA+ Principles in all quality documentation and records.
• Review and approve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 for the medical device quality management system.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, R&D, Regulatory) to maintain a high level of product quality and compliance.
• Lead QC team training, competency development, and performance evaluation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14001, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in statistical tools, SPC, and data analysis for quality monitoring.
• Organizing
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Medical Device/Automobile
