Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our AAC Blocks Manufacturing Plant
in Navsari as a Senior Executive / Executive – Production. The role involves managing
end-to-end production activities of AAC Blocks, ensuring operational efficiency, product
quality, safety, and timely delivery. The candidate should have hands-on experience in AAC
block manufacturing processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and team
coordination.

Key Responsibilities
 Supervise day-to-day production operations of AAC Blocks (cutting, autoclaving,
curing, packing).
 Ensure adherence to production schedules and delivery timelines.
 Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for seamless plant
operations.
 Monitor raw material usage (cement, fly ash, lime, gypsum, aluminum paste, etc.) to
minimize wastage and ensure quality standards.
 Implement production SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and quality
parameters.
 Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
 Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
productivity.
 Train and guide shop-floor operators and technicians for efficient work practices.

Desired Qualification

 Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering.

Experience & Industry Background
 4–5 years of experience in AAC Block Manufacturing is mandatory.
 Strong knowledge of autoclave operations, curing cycles, cutting technology, and
raw material handling in AAC production.

Skills & Competencies
 Sound technical knowledge of AAC block production processes.
 Team leadership and ability to supervise shop-floor staff.
 Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/production monitoring tools.
 Safety-oriented mindset with focus on operational excellence.
