Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support compliance, reporting, and audit processes. Proficiency in the latest version of Tally and strong analytical skills are essential for maintaining financial integrity and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and cash flow management.
Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
Conduct bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and other regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining documentation, responding to auditor queries, and implementing recommendations.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records in Tally (latest version) and ERP systems; ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and control.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proficiency in the latest version of Tally, with strong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Sound understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations (Ind AS/GAAP).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
