Job Description:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.

Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are properly set up.

Handle courier services, deliveries, and mail distribution.

Maintain the front office area to ensure cleanliness and order.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.

Support HR and Admin departments with onboarding and documentation processes.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance.

Manage appointments and scheduling for senior staff if required.
