Back Office Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently.
Manage and update data accurately in MS Excel and internal systems.
Prepare invoices, billing statements, and related documentation.
Maintain records and ensure timely data entry and report generation.
Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative and operational activities.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of business and client data.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Experience in billing, data management, and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
