Job Description:
Role Overview:
Looking for a proactive and reliable PA to the MD who can manage day-to-day operations, handle coordination between office, site teams, vendors, and clients, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between Builder, site teams, and office staff

Handle vendor, architect, and client follow-ups
-
Maintain Director sir's schedule, calls, and meetings

Prepare basic reports and track project updates

Manage documentation and vendor payments
-
Handle some personal / travel-related tasks for the Builder
Requirements:
-
Graduate with 2–4 years’ experience
-
Strong communication (Hindi , English and Gujarati) , follow-up, and multitasking skills

Proficient in Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication

Should be comfortable with local travel (own vehicle preferred)
