Job Description:

Role Overview:
Looking for a proactive and reliable PA to the MD who can manage day-to-day operations, handle coordination between office, site teams, vendors, and clients, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between Builder, site teams, and office staff

  • Handle vendor, architect, and client follow-ups

  • Maintain Director sir's  schedule, calls, and meetings

  • Prepare basic reports and track project updates

  • Manage documentation and vendor payments

  • Handle some personal / travel-related tasks for the Builder

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2–4 years’ experience 

  • Strong communication (Hindi , English and Gujarati) , follow-up, and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication

  • Should be comfortable with local travel (own vehicle preferred)
